I'm delighted to share that I've had three works shortlisted in the Sir Julius Vogel Awards and another three shortlisted in four categories in the Aurealis Awards!

Covers of The Rarkyn's Fall with a Sir Julius Vogel Finalist badge; A Night So Dark And Full Of Stars with 2 SJV Finalist badges and 3 Aurealis Award Finalist badges; and, Don't Forget To Shut The Gate with a Aurealis Award Finalist badge.

Sir Julius Vogel Awards

These are New Zealands' awards for speculative fiction (fantasy, sci-fi and horror) and include fiction, non-fiction, productions, and cover art. They are fan voted, meaning fans nominate their favourite works across 11 categories.

If you nominated me in these awards, I cannot thank you enough!

(Final voting is also still open if you're an SFFANZ member, but not for much longer)

Aurealis Awards

The Aurealis Awards are Australia's premiere awards for fantasy, science fiction and horror literature, and is currently celebrating it's 30th year of running! Unlike the Sir Julius Vogel Awards, these awards are judged, and with over 830 entries across 15 categories, a massive thank you is due to the judges and organisers who have done A LOT of reading and admining over the last few months.
